Pull down to refresh

Confirmed. Seems like some layer interferes in a way that the browser can't properly detect when you've reached the top of the page.
Please Fix.

That's something to be implemented by your webbrowser :)
⮱ If you're talking about mobile: every good browser nowadays has this feature.
⮱ About Desktop: »Reload Button«, »CTRL + R« or »F5« works in EVERY webbrowser I used so far (might be over 20 😉).
PRO TIP: You can completely reload a page with »CTRL + SHIFT + R« (this invalidates & overrides the cache = downloads everything again).

NA0341: Actually usrname.bio.link website is the only one that doesn't support pull down to refresh on mobile, rest every website even this bio.link website has pull down to refresh, so I don't think it's a browser issue btw using chrome browser.

Yash Shah: Again: Pull-Down to Refresh is a BUILTIN feature of your webbrowser. So if it Does Not work on a website, some part of that site is preventing that feature from working properly.
In BioLINK's case it's most likely the button layer above the background which prevents proper detection if you reached the top of the site.
So if you want this to be fixed change the title (If you can).
Example: Fix Pull down to refresh behaviour.
Btw: This is just a convenience feature. You can just use the three dots menu and tap the reload button there. No need to close & reopen a tab.
